My name is Sarah Robertson-Glasgow. I was born in Africa and have travelled and lived in quite a few places around the world, but the Czech Republic has been my home for the last 27 years. When I first came here I could not speak any Czech at all, and I had to learn the language from scratch. So I know how it feels to be stuck for words, believe me!
I also know that for a lot of language students the most important goal is to be able to speak, understand and make themselves understood. You might know a lot of grammar and vocabulary, but if you can’t put that into practice then it’s not much use. That’s why my teaching style centres around conversation, while perfecting your grammar along the way.
